Modernization method
Replacement of standard seals and frictionless bearings for bearing-sealing BPU type units, which include face seals, support and thrust plain bearings.
Realized projects
- Modernization of oil console and chemical NK-type pumps.
- Modernization of condensate pumps for TEC, including KSB 125-140, KS 125-140, KS 80-155.
- Modernization of double support D350 type pumps.
- Modernization of the feeding pumps.
Exploitation
The first pumps have been operated without overhaul since 1997, power consumption being reduced and pump vibroacoustic characteristics improved.
