FLUSHING / WASHING EQUIPMENT

The flushing equipment is intended to remove mechanical impurities from new bottles, getting into them in time of bottle transportation, and to reduce biological contamination, dangerous to both product and human health. These machines are divided into the following groups:

  • bottle flushing machines: The flushing machines are intended to remove mechanical impurities from new bottles, getting into them in time of bottle transportation, and to reduce biological contamination, dangerous to both product and human health. For flushing, there can be used water (so mechanical impurities are removed from the bottle) or special flushing liquids, when there is need to destroy bacteria and microorganisms. The machines can be arranged so as to be able to work in both modes, i.e. using two flushing liquids
  • bottle washing machines: These machines are intended to wash reusable containers — bottles and boxes. Machines offered by us are adapted for environments of different productivities, they are easily adjusted to bottles of different types, they can be assembled from separate modules, which can be added or removed depending on production volumes. Additionally, we can integrate the washing machine into existing filling line and automate production.

PRODUCT PREPARATION EQUIPMENT

  • Pasteurizers. Pasteurizing – this is the process, when the product is heated up to the defined temperature and kept at this temperature for some defined time. Purpose of pasteurizing is to protect the product against micro organisms and so to extend its validity time.
  • Machines for mixing/saturation with carbon dioxide. Machines for saturation with carbon dioxide are used in production of carbonated beverages, when the product is mixed with carbon dioxide. The mixing machines have additional tanks for other ingredients (syrup), also they have ingredient batching devices. The machines can be completed with electromechanical control mechanism or with programmable memory unit. All the working cycles and sterilizing processes are automated, control sensors regulate the process, and this ensures, deviations from the product technology are avoided.
  • Cooling machines can cool both thin (e.g., wine) and thick (e.g., grapefruit mash) liquid products. There is installed the self-cleaning system in the machine, which constantly removes the ice layer from working surfaces and ensures large heat-exchange area. The condenser of the cooling machine is made of copper tubes with aluminum plates. This ensures especially large heat-exchange surface. Pressure gauges and other control elements are installed on the instrument panel.

FILLING EQUIPMENT

Types of filling equipment:

  • gravitational and/or low-vacuum level filling machines are intended for bottling non-carbonated and thin liquid products: natural water, strong drinks, clear fruit juices, vinegar, milk, chemical products etc.
  • high-vacuum level machines are used to bottle thick and viscous products (vegetable oils, syrups etc.) into rigid containers.
  • volume-based filling machines bottle the precise amount of the product with tolerance ±1.5 cm3 for 1-litre bottle, irrespective of density of the bottled product and the factual volume of bottles of that same type.
  • volume-based machines for filling lines, intended for thick, viscous products with solid additives. Products to be filled: vegetable soups...
  • pressurized filling machines for bottling carbonated liquids (sparkling beverages, beer, carbonated water, cordials and refreshments).
  • machines for steel keg washing/filling are intended for producers of beer, wine, cordials and refreshments, and for businessmen planning to start and develop beverage trading in kegs.
  • monoblocks are the multi-functional machines, performing flushing, de-gassing and traditional filling operations in one machine.

CORKING EQUIPMENT

 Automated corking machines are suitable for cork/cap types most widely used. They can have a single head or many heads.

 The single-head machines are intended for:

  • natural push-in corks.
  • screwed aluminum caps, ROPP corks with internal throat.
  • ‘mushroom’ and T-shape corks are fed in continuous flow.
  • crimp covers with residual deformation.

 Multi-head machines are intended:

  • to put on caps;
  • to screw on aluminum caps;
  • for plastic, pre-threaded caps.

Caps elevators:

  • different types of caps;
  • various types of dozers.

The equipment complies with EC safety requirements.
